The two don't necessarily have to go hand in hand, but Scott Wilson and I got talking again at Macbethfest on Friday about a mini CAMRA golf outing - a subject we've often mooted, but never actually done much about. Anyway, the upshot was that Scott didn't have a partner for his usual weekend match at Murcar so I invited him out for his first ever visit to Banchory this morning - and a very pleasant morning it was too. Here we are, with Jas Bhagrath, at the 12th hole:
Otter Mild and Everard's Tiger were quaffed on the balcony and the rather earnest Sunday lunchtime discussion turned to politics:
Maybe that CAMRA golf outing might now happen after all - anyone want to organise?
