Last night, I had my very first taste of the bottle conditioned beers brewed in the "nano brewery" at Buchanan's restaurant adjacent to Woodend Barn, Banchory. Three choices - bitter, IPA and stout. I loved their IPA - a very hoppy and bitter 5.2%, just as I like it.
